The Longing
Sometimes in life, there are relationships that we desire but may not have had the privilege of experiencing personally. The mother-daughter connection is one such relationship. Watching this bond unfold before my eyes, I am captivated by the tenderness, the laughter, and the unspoken language that passes between them. It is like observing something I always wanted but never had, yet always knew existed. Through photography, I am able to immerse myself in these moments, experiencing a taste of that profound love that surpasses all boundaries. The unconditional nurturing and safety, the heart to heart connections with the feminine. Its the kind of love I feel I missed out on coming from a broken home. While I had memories and times of this connection in my life, there was also many years of separation through family hardships, and disagreements between parents, and changing schools and countries as I got older. Travelling, means I cant always be with those I love who were dear to me growing up. It also means its been harder for me to reconnect with those I love when we have gone our separate ways. To say that photography is a job would be such a lie. I shoot love because I love LOVE. There is nothing I want more than to celebrate and share and experience love.

Living Vicariously Through Photography
Photography has allowed me to live vicariously through the lens, capturing the pure and raw emotions of the mother-daughter relationship. It provides me with an avenue to witness and document the love, joy, and connection that unfolds naturally. The camera becomes my bridge to a world where I can see and feel the unbreakable bond shared between these two extraordinary individuals. Each snapshot is a testament to the love that exists, and an opportunity to share and celebrate the beauty of this relationship with others. I love to be able to inspire this inner feminine nature in parental relationships, and family bonds, by capturing it and sharing it with others. This is a pathway of passion work for me that I love to do.
Inspiration and Transformation

Remember the little precious moments when time stood still and they were just a wee little one. The tiniest moments and details are often the most precious.
